Pre- and Post-operative Precautions

Post-Operative Attention- 01At the end of the picosecond laser treatment, there will be a burning sensation, slight redness, swelling, edema, or a feeling of tightness on the skin, which is normal and will gradually subside in a few minutes to a few hours. If your skin feels uncomfortable after returning home, you may apply ice packs (keep dry) for no more than 15 minutes at a time, and then again at intervals of one hour or more to relieve the discomfort.
